For an inline water filter, I recommend the Camco RV and Marine Disposable Water Filter w/ Hose Protector - KDF/Carbon # CAM40043. This will give you a 100 micron barrier to remove bacteria, odor, chlorine, and more. It is for 1 camping season use.

Another option is to use the Camco RV and Marine Premium Water Filter w/ Replaceable Cartridge and Hose Extension - KDF/Carbon # CAM40631 along with the Camco Replacement KDF/Carbon Filter Cartridge for RV and Marine Premium Water Filter # CAM40621. The filter is good for one season and the housing will last much longer. To keep the housing upright, you can use the Camco RV and Marine Water Filter Stand # CAM40772.

If you want a shorter term option, you can use the Camco RV and Marine Short-Term Water Filter - Carbon # CAM40645 which filters down to 150 microns and is good for 120 days. So this doesn't filter out quite as much, but is less expensive.
