Where can I get older version gen -5

Expert Reply:
The HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Adapter Module # HBA-CAM referenced in your question is only compatible with Gen 6 or later HydraStar electric-over-hydraulic brake actuators. If you have a Gen 5 or earlier model, there is not an adapter module available that will allow it to be used with the factory brake controller on your Ford (2007-2008) or Chevy (2007-current) truck.
If you are having trouble with the factory brake controller in your vehicle, the best option is to simply replace it with an aftermarket unit like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This proportional controller is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes and will be an upgrade over your existing controller. It features an easy to read digital display and continuous diagnostics that will alert you to any potential issues.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this controller that you can take a look at.
