Since weather should not be much of an issue for you in southern California, the cover I recommend for your 13' trailer is from Adco:

- Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for Pop-Up Camper - Up to 14' Long # 290-12293

This cover is perfect for moderate climates like yours in California with plenty of sun but not heavy moisture. The reason for that is the cover's top layer of fabric is triple-layered to not only block the sun's UV rays, but in the event there is moisture, that water will bead up and run off, protecting your camper.

The side panels of the # 290-12293 are also triple-layered and vented, making them breathable so heavy winds won't phase it. This will help the cover stay snug to your trailer, as will the cinch ropes and weighted straps that tie it down.
