Question:

I want a hitch for Lexus ES 350 for bike racks. They all seem to be 2, your hitches for the Lexus say 1 1/4

We have both Class I and Class II trailer hitch receivers for your 2017 Lexus ES 350 but both of which only have a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening. For the Class I hitch you will want to use the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch part # C11362 and for the Class II hitch you will want to use the Draw-Tite Class II Frame Receiver Hitch part # 36530. I recommend using the Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver as this will allow for more bike rack options to be used and will also not require the use of a stabilizer strap like the Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap part # 18050 which Curt does.

For a 2 bike carrier compatible with this hitch receiver I recommend using the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack part # NV12G as this is one of the nicest, well reviewed bike racks we offer. The Kuat NV 2.0 has ratcheting hooks that firmly grip your bikes by the front wheels which eliminates frame contact. This bike rack can be tilted away from the vehicle for easy access to the rear cargo area and can also be tilted upwards towards the vehicle for easy storage.
