Question:
Does the license plate bracket have a light on it to meet the requirements in most states? If this does not have a light, what do you suggest to meet that requirement?

Expert Reply:
I went out to our demo area and personally checked the lights on the GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # H00604. While there isn't a specific white light that shines down on the license plate the red lights for the other functions do illuminate that area slightly so the license plate would not be complete in the dark at night. For greater visibility you could splice in an LED license plate light, # LPL31CB, and be in compliance for sure.
