Is part # C18153 recommended for installation on a 5th Wheel with a hitch? I have 2019 Minnie Winnie Plus with a 500lb hitch.

The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e98874 that you referenced will physically install on your 2019 Minnie Winnie Plus Trailer as long as it has a 2 inch hitch receiver, however I recommend going with a fixed carrier instead. Because the ride is quite a bit rougher at the rear of a 5th wheel trailer compared to that of a standard passenger vehicle, we don't typically recommend folding carriers like this one as the hinge represents a potential weak point.
I instead recommend the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18152, which is the same size and offers the same 500 pound capacity as the unit you referenced but simply has a fixed shank so it cannot be folded up when not in use. This will provide a more stable unit that's better able to withstand the extra movement and bounce during travel when mounted behind your Minnie Winnie.
