Can 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2 Hitches be Used on Hitch Receiver for 5th Wheel RV

Question:
Is this carrier approved or acceptable for the 2 inch receiver on the back of my Cardinal Limited 388 5th wheel? The receiver is rated for 300 lbs. SInce the carriers weight is about 50 lbs, I would be limited to only 250 lbs of cargo.
