Question:
Are your tire and wheel combination for trailers come mounted?
asked by: Jerry H
Expert Reply:
Yes, the combination wheel and tire products we sell for trailers will come from the distributor already mounted together and will be inflated. The wheels/tires will be mounted so that the tire's light spot will be placed at the wheel's heavy spot which provides a degree of balancing that is fine for trailer tires. Trailer tires do not need the full dynamic balancing that is required by passenger vehicle tires, which must be machine balanced.
