what wiring or ball mount if any do I need to go with class ii trailer hitch for my ford cmax to enable me to pull a u-haul trailer?

For your 2013 Ford C-Max the Curt trailer hitch part # C12092 would be a great option confirmed to fit. It's a Class II with plenty of capacity as well at 3,500 lbs trailer weight.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the part # 119250KIT which is also a fit.
For a ball mount you'd then want the part # C45571 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or part # C45572 for a 2 inch ball.
