Does 18k Demco Hijacker DM8550024 Fit 2015 Ford F-350 with Factory Rail Kit

Question:
Given the hitch will connect directly to the Ford Factory 5th Wheel Hitch attachment points (I call Lug Points), how far does the hitch extend forward of the forward most truck bed attach point? Why the question, I have an auxiliary 55 gallon diesel fuel tank attached to the front of the truck bed. I want to make sure there is clearance - not worried about aft movement, just front of hitch to fuel tank clearance. Thanks

The 18k Demco Hijacker part # DM8550024 that you referenced will attach directly to the factory rail kit that you have in the bed of your 2015 Ford F-350. No rail adapter would be needed with it.
The height range for this hitch is 15-1/2", 16-3/4", and 18-1/4".
