Question:
Ok so I have the flush mount on my truck. Where you just have the four holes in the floor and then rerun the pins and lock them in. I have the under mount kit on my 2006 F250. The new 2017 F250 come with a option for the hook up. Will it work or do I need to buy that Reese bracket?

For your Demco Hijacker Autoslide, if you have the above bed rail version like the 18K # DM8550034 or the 21K # DM8550035, then you will be able to use the adapter for your factory puck system. This adapter for your 2017 Ford F-250 is the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # RP30156.
If you want the hitch that will fit without an adapter, the # DM8550038 or # DM8550024 would be the options.
You may also want to consider using the Demco 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug - 10' Long # DM8555002 to add a second 7-way trailer connection to the bed of your truck for easy access and connection.
