I spoke with my contact at Fulton and he stated that they no longer make repair kits for the smaller couplers like your H305 model unit.
The only solution I can offer is to simply replace your existing coupler with a similarly rated unit like the Fulton # E112000340, or simply use the new unit for parts if you do not wish to remove and re-weld a replacement coupler. This coupler features a 2 inch wide channel and has a 2,000 pound capacity. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
