Question:
I just purchased Item # F02-4350 based on a friends recommendation.I have been told to make sure that the gate valve swivels and is not in a fixed position

The Flush King Reverse Flush Valve # F02-4350 referenced in your question will allow you to rinse out your wastewater tanks and flush out the sewer hose for your RV. It does feature a 3 inch gate valve and it is not in a fixed position. The handle itself can swivel and will operate by pulling up vertically.
