Is the rack in different parts of one piece and how difficult is it to install?

The installation of the Inno Truck Bed Cargo Rack - C-Channel Mount # INRT102-65 for your 2014 Toyota Tacoma is actually very easy. If you check out the attached installation instructions you can see that you just need to place the plate at the desired location and then install the clamp. The last step is to install the crossbar on the clamp which is easily done via the top screws on the clamp.
As you can see there is some assembly, but it comes in only 3 parts that are installed with little-to-no effort.
Please note that this truck bed cargo rack is not compatible with a truck that has a tonneau cover installed.
