Will the Curt C16034 work with my 2017 Ford F-250 short bed 6 3/4 puck system?

The Curt A20 with Ford OEM Legs # C16034 will fit into the puck system of your 2017 Ford F-250. However, there may not be enough clearance on tight turns and your trailer could very well hit the cab of your F-250, so it is strongly recommended you use a Sidewinder with a fixed hitch as a way to protect your cab from damage. Otherwise, you may want to consider Curt Q20 # C16530-16020, a sliding hitch which also fits in the factory puck system of your '17 F-250.

Should you want to go with a fixed hitch, you can't use the Curt A-series since it isn't compatible with sidewinders so you'll want something like the Reese M5 # RP30928.

You can then use this formula to find out if you can do a 90 degree turn:
(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from center of 5th-wheel hitch jaw to truck cab in inches
B = Length of Sidewinder arm in inches
C = Width of trailer in inches divided by 2
