I have seen a lot of options but I am looking for roof rails that will be as low profile as possible but work with my Jeep Renegade that has the MySky. I like the Rhino-Rack Vortex StealthBar

On your 2017 Jeep Renegade with MySky, you would be fine using the Rhino-Rack Vortex StealthBar Roof Rack # JA7980.
In order to avoid a carrier interfering with your MySky feature, you'd need a kayak carrier that would not hang below the bars. The best solution for this is going to be the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier # Y04073. This is a J-style carrier that will allow you to carry 2 kayaks with just the addition of Yakima Cinch Straps # Y05006.
