Question:

how does this fit up on the range rover hse 2003-2004 models? does this connect directly to the hood or do i need to have rails installed first? if so which thxs.

For a Thule Roof Rack that is confirmed to fit your 2003 Land Rover Range Rover, I recommend the Thule Traverse Square Bar Roof Rack. This system consists of # TH712500 for the 60 inch Square Load Bars, # TH480R for the Rapid Traverse Foot Pack, and # THKIT1274 for the Fit Kit.
