I was wondering if you had a ladder rack in stock that fits into the slots on the 6 foot bed of a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup truck

The ladder racks confirmed to fit your 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with 6-foot bed are shown on the linked page. These include racks that use tracks for adjustability, racks that sit on the top of the bed rails and racks that install via drilling. These racks range quite a bit in their weight capacities, from 200-lbs for the DeeZee # DZ95053 side-mount rack up to 1250-lbs for the TracRac SR Sliding Rack with Extension # TH43003XT-501EX.
None of these racks installs in the stake pockets. Such racks exist, like the Adarac # A70570, but this is not a fit on your truck.
