The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1994 is all that you will need to install on your 2016 Chrysler Town and Country so that it is compatible with your Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # RM-525.
Keep in mind that you will also need Safety Cables, Vehicle Tow Bar Wiring, a Supplemental Braking System, and possibly a High-Low Adapter.
For Safety Cables I recommend using the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643 which are rated for 6,000 lbs and have a coiled design to keep them from dragging on the ground.
To add Vehicle Tow Bar Wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will provide you with a quick connect plug on your Town and Country to connect the 7-Way to 6-Way wiring from your Town and Country to your RV.
The SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 is what I recommend if you are still needing a Supplemental Braking System. The great thing about it is that once you have it installed you will simply need to make the quick connections from the Town and Country to your RV and then flip a switch.
