We have a solution to your question. However, this particular tow harness, part # HM40155, fits 1999-2001 Ford Super Duty Trucks and does not fit your 2014 Honda Pilot.
I recommend the Curt Wiring Harness, part # C56170, as the best fit for your needs. The Curt harness is built with surface-mount technology (SMT) that makes it smaller than "traditional" circuit boards. SMT eliminates the need for leads and performs well under rough road conditions and/or excessive vibration. Several customers have also commented that installation is pretty easy and I have attached instructions. The Curt Wiring Harness also has a limited 1-year warranty and is made in the USA.
This plugs into the factory tow package, will be located in rear cargo area, do not need splicing or taping, and will not affect the operation of your Honda's tail lights. It has power modules that pull power from your vehicle's battery to avoid electrical overloads.
If what you are towing has electric brakes or needs additional 12V power then you need a 7-Way Harness. Part # 118265 by Tekonsha is a good choice. Like the other options, it fits your Honda, does not involve splicing or taping, and will not impact your tail light operations. It is also very reliable and durable.
