Is this sewer hose length 10foot stretched or compressed? Need to make sure I get the right length.

The Quick Drain RV Sewer Hose # D04-0120PB referenced in your question measures 10 feet long when it is fully extended. I went out to the warehouse and measured a length of 11-3/8 inches when the hose is in its retracted/compressed position. This is a really nice sewer hose that features a bayonet fitting at one end that will secure to the RV's waste valve.
This hose also comes in a 20 foot long model, with part # D04-0121. The retracted/compressed length of this hose is 23 inches.
