Thanks that is perfect. The only question I have left is how wide of rails will that fit. My rails on jeep renegade are roughly 44 inches

The Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Yakima Roof Racks - 60" Long x 45" Wide # SPS4560-Y400 does not require crossbars when you use the Clamp-On Adapters for Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket # SP1101. I've attached a video to assist.

The Spare Tire Carrier for Surco Safari Rooftop Cargo Baskets # SPST100 clamps down onto the carrier and the large bolt will work with any spare tire bolt pattern. For your roof rails, you will need the slightly larger basket, which is actually a little more cost effective. You will want the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket - 60" Long x 50" Wide # SPS5060 and then you can use the adapters # SP1101.
