We haven't had the chance to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13236 on the SXT Plus model of the 2017 Dodge Challenger as of yet but it does not require any trimming of the fascia on other models.
I've attached a picture of how the hitch looks when installed on a Challenger for you to see.
