For a 41 foot long trailer I recommend the Adco Olefin # AD89ZR which offers the strongest construction and best protection from the weather in all climates This cover is for trailers which are 11 foot tall measured from the roof top to the floor. You do NOT measure to the top of A/C's or vents, and you do NOT measusre to the ground. This should fit all but the tallest fifth wheel trailers.
If you need a taller cover I recommend the Classic Accessories Polypro III Deluxe # 052963750638. It's designed for extra tall fifth wheel trailers and is also designed to protect against moisture.
