Hello, Im looking at Part # TH37002XT-EX I have a tool box in the truck, Does the rack come with the tool box mounting brackets? I also have the extra tie down brackets and the straps in my check out cart, I didnt want to purchase till I heard back about the tool box mounting brackets. Thank you,
