Do you know if you can get wheel clamps that fit a 4-8.0 tyre?

Sounds like you are looking for a wheel clamp/lock for your tire size of 4-8.0. The Club Tire Claw XL Wheel Lock # WI491KA-491LNP would work well for this as it can fit tire sizes up to 12 inches wide with no minimum tire diameter.
