Question:

I have Thule roof track on my truck camper shell. I want to bolt a roof basket on it. Need a T-bolt that can fit in the channel of roof track. Thanks.

I have a solution for you, but its extremely unlikely that you'll be able to get the rack to line up properly with the tracks on your vehicle.

Thule tracks have a matching fit kit for roof racks that includes the correct bolts to mount a roof rack as part # THKIT3101. These will fit the channel of the tracks properly and allow you to mount a roof kit.

I reached out to Thule to help find the lowest-profile kit for you and we came up with the following kit:

- Thule Rapid Podium Foot Pack, part # TH460R
- Thule Fit Kit for Podium-style feet, part # THKIT3101
- Thule SquareBar 53 inch, part # TH712400 or 60 inch, part # TH712500
- Canyon Basket, part # TH859XT, and optional extention, part # TH8591XT

This will install a flexible roof mounted rack to the camper shell, as well as a roof basket. I strongly recommend going this route, as the added flexibility of accessories that can be added to the roof rack will pay off in the long run.
