Question:

Will the deraile cooling pan fit on my 2013 gmc sierra 4x4 with the 5.3L motor.

I do have a transmission cooler option for you but they do not make a transmission pan for your 2013 GMC Sierra 5.3L at this time. As transmission pan coolers are typically not the most efficient coolers anyway I recommend using the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit part # D13504.

The Derale 8000 is one of the largest most efficient plate and fin coolers we have for your vehicle and will provide your transmission with around 10-20 degrees of temperature drop depending on ambient air temperature. As long as you have 11" wide x 12" tall x 7/8" deep of space in front of the radiator behind the grill then this cooler will work great for you. The only other part you will need to install this cooler is the vehicle specific adapter part # D13035.
