Expert Reply:
Adding the SuperSprings vehicle suspension kit, part # SSA17, to your Ford F-450 will not increase your vehicles GVWR or towing capacity.
This kit is designed to prevent sway and vehicle sag when towing or carrying loads. If you use your Ford F-450 for towing frequently and want to ease the strain on your vehicle, part # SSA17 would be a great option for your truck.
You want to always make sure to stay within the towing capacity of your truck as outlined in the vehicles owners manual.
I have linked instructions for the SuperSprings Vehicle Suspension # SSA17.
