I have a solution for you. The MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail - Type 1 x 1/4 MPT- 20, # 100473-20-MBS, will allow you to connect a 20 lbs LP tank to your Wedgewood propane stove.
The hose has an 1/4 MPT fitting on one end that will connect to the LP regulator on the stove. The other end uses the Type 1 ACME nut tat will connect to a LP bottle with either a Type 1 or P.O.L. connection.
When connecting the hose to the LP regulator it is recommended to use yellow Teflon tape or pipe dope to seal the connection.
