For the 2014 Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet convertible we do have a hitch option from Curt, their 2-inch Class III model # 13577 and another option from etrailer # e65AR. These hitches come with all required mounting hardware and is a no-drill installation. A hitch installation article for each hitch is linked to help you with the install.
With either hitch installed you can use a 2-inch hanging or platform bike rack of up to 5-bike capacity, thanks the to hitch's substantial 400-lb tongue weight (TW) rating. TW is downward force on the hitch from the combined weight of the chosen bike carrier and all of the loaded bikes, so as long as that total weight remains under 400-lbs you're free to select the 2-inch rack you most prefer.
On the linked page you can see all 2-inch Class III hitch racks such as the unique Yakima FullSwing # Y02465, a 4-bike rack that gives you full trunk access even when you're transporting a load of bikes by swinging over to the passenger side. We also have platform style racks like the 2-bike Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G. You can refer to the linked bike rack articles for guidance in selecting a rack that best matches your bikes.
