Is Nozzle End of Ultra Faucets 6-inch Drinking Faucet 277-000189 Removeable
Updated 08/16/2017 | Published 08/15/2017 >
Question:
Does the end of the faucet unscrew so I can adapt it to a counter top water filtration system? Do you have an adapter to make it the size of a regular threaded kitchen sink or is it that size already?

With the Ultra Faucets 6" Drinking Faucets # 277-000189 the black cap on the end of the faucet nozzle does not unscrew. This is a permanent part that is intended to protect delicate glassware from damage. This tubing is about 1/4-inch in diameter, smaller than a typical residential faucet that usually does have a screw-on filter/screen fitting on the nozzle to allow connection of water filter products like the Pur system.
This item accepts a standard compression fitting for plastic water lines.
