I have a 2013 Tacoma that has a camper shell that is flush with the room of the truck. Its fiberglass and made to fit. Will the Erickson Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Steel - 800 lbs Item # EM07707 work with and over the camper shell?

The Erickson Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Steel - 800 lbs # EM07707 will not work with a truck cap over the bed of the truck. For a ladder rack that is a fit for your 2013 Toyota Tacoma with camper shell, I recommend the TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack for Camper Shell/Truck Cap # TH29200XT. I've attached a video of a similar installation to assist. This is the only confirmed fit ladder rack. The carrying capacity is limited only by the shell of your cap.
If you are interested in a roof rack, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System w/ 2 Vortex Aero Crossbars - Track Mount - Black - 59" Long # Y02-490B. This system allows for adjustability of the crossbar spread. This is more versatile but has a max weight capacity of 220 lbs.
