In order to use a ladder rack and Tonneau cover together on your 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 with 6-1/2 foot bed you would need a specific ladder rack and specific Tonneau cover. There are very few combinations that will work because most ladder racks, including # TH37002XT, have L-shaped brackets that would interfere with Tonneau cover frame rails.
What will work is to use the sliding ladder rack # TH43002XT-781 with the BAK Revolver # BAK39121.
