Does the Lippert Replacement Left Rear Leg for Ground Control System Include Hardware

Does this item include the frame bracket and thread cutting bolts? If so for what size frame?

The Replacement Left Rear Leg for Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System, # LC305339, will include the bracket needed to mount to the frame of a trailer. The leg will replace the current leg on a Lipper Ground Control 3.0 System.
The jack leg will include a new foot pad, but hardware and snapper pin for foot pad are not included.
