If you are talking about putting Load Range B tires on your 10,000 lbs trailer you will first need to determine how many axles you have. A Load Range B tire has a max load rating of 1,430 lbs at 35 psi. Since you will be putting 2 tires on an axle even if you had 3 axles that would only give you a max load rating of 8,580 lbs so I do not advise using a Load Range B.

For a trailer weight of 10,000 lbs you most likely have a tandem axle trailer. For that a tire that has a Load Range D, like the Provider ST225/75R15 # TA57VR, which is 2,540 lbs at 65 psi (giving you 10,160 lbs max weight for 2 axles) is the best route to go.

If, instead, you are referring to using Bias tires instead of Radial tires, then you most certainly can use Bias tires, but Radial tires do a better job at keeping cool and can typically stay cooler at higher speeds than Bias tires can.

You will want to make sure that whatever tire or tire/wheel combination that you have is compatible with your current setup. If you let me know what your current size tire is and, if you are replacing your wheel too, what the bolt pattern is on your wheel I can help you find the correct replacement.
