Will a Thule Pulse 615 XL fit on my 2016 Honda Pilots factory roof racks?

The Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box part # TH615 is designed to work with most factory crossbars and the recommended crossbar spread of 23-5/8" - 34-3/8" is within the 32" crossbar spread of your 2016 Honda Pilot. Therefore, yes, this roof box will work well for you.

However, in order to open the rear hatch of your 2016 Honda Pilot with the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box installed, you will need a minimum of 46-3/8" between the front crossbar and line where the roof meets the hatch in order for this to work.

For night loading, I also recommend using the Access Motion Activated LED Light Strip part # A90392 as this will allow you to see in your cargo box at night without the need to cut or splice any wires.
