Does Rightline Cargo Bag # RL100A20 Have Speed Rating

Question:

Hi, In most pictures Ive seen with these cargo bags, people have luggage racks and/or cross bars. I know It will work with a bare roof with straps running inside car and the no slip blanket..... But Im concerned about: 1: bag shifting 2: is there a difference in speeds you can go, with or with out racks. 3: The front strap running inside car... wont it be hitting your head?! Thanks,

The Rightline Gear Ace 2 Rooftop Cargo Bag - Waterproof - 15 cu ft - 44" x 34" x 16" # RL100A20 doesn't have a specific speed limit based on the method you choose to install it. As long as you secure it properly inside your vehicle it's not going to slip back. Basically you would be fine as long as you don't exceed the posted speed limits.

The strap would hang down from the head liner though as it will basically go from the top of one window opening to the other. You'd have to position the strap in such a way that it would not interfere with where your head would be.
