I have a 2011 Ram 1500 with 275/60-20 tyres. All ofthe tyre chains that you offer indicat no rim protection, do you also offer something that would protect my rims? Thank you,

Expert Reply:
We had the chance to install the Glacier Cable Snow Chains part # PW3029C on a similar Ram 1500 with your tire size and we found that the chains actually don't drape down far enough to touch the rims so rim protection wasn't necessary. The same was true of the larger chains # TC2828CAM with the V-bar that aren't low profile but provide more traction.
