I have a factory trans cooler but need a larger one which one do I need for 6000lb trailer and all fittings

For your 2008 Chevy Silverado I would recommend the Derale cooler part # D13504 which will fit your truck and work great to keep the transmission fluid temperature down. You'll want to use the fitting part # D13035 with it as well so that you don't have to cut or flair any lines.
I attached an install video that shows the cooler installed on a similar vehicle as yours.
