Does this part have plastic or steel bearings

I reached out to the manufacturer and confirmed that the Bulldog Winch Roller Fairlead for Powersports - 165 mm Mount # BDW20059 uses nylon/plastic bushings. My tech contact said he doesn't know of any fairleads that have bearings whether plastic or steel.
