I have an adapter that will allow for you to use a 2" bike rack on a 1-1/4" hitch receiver, however, the Replacement Aluminum Hitch Adapter Sleeve for Saris part # SA3032 is designed for a 2" receiver.
In order to mount your Saris Bike Porter Bike Rack on a 1-1/4" hitch receiver, you will need to use an adapter like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter part # C45785. However, the maximum number of bikes allowed to be hauled on a Class I hitch receiver is 2 and your tongue weight will decrease by 50% while using this adapter. Therefore, in order to carry 4 bikes on your vehicle, you would need to either use a roof mounted bike rack in addition to a hitch mounted bike rack or replace your 1-1/4" hitch receiver with a 2" receiver if possible.
For a roof mounted bike rack carrier, I recommend the SeaSucker Mini Bomber Roof 2 Bike Rack part # 298-BM2006 as these mounts are completely universal and fit a variety of models.
I have attached a review video of this roof rack for you.
