Replacement Straps For Swagman upright Roof Bike Carrier

I have two Swagman Upright Roof racks #64720 which have held up pretty well except the red webbing wheel straps have deteriorated and broken. I do not see this part listed ... do you have it? I am wondering if the ratcheting straps you offer might be a better replacement, if they will fit through the slots provided on the wheel tray. Secondly, the red vinyl or hard rubber pads for the jaws of the clamp have faded and seem to fit less securely. One popped out and i have lost it. What is the correct replacement part? Thanks for your help !
