Question:
I will not be pulling trailer, just carrying 2inch bike Thule bike rack. Is this what I need? I will get someone to install, do you have install video?

Yes you would just need a hitch but for your 2016 Mercedes GLC300 I actually recommend Draw-Tite hitch # 76082. The reason is that if you went with the Curt hitch # C13290 you would be required to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using the hitch for a bike rack (or anything other than a trailer) per the Curt warranty requirements. Using the strap is a hassle and adds an extra expense.
Draw-Tite does not have that requirement so you can use your 2 inch Thule bike rack without having to use a stabilization strap. We have not yet had the chance to make installation videos for the hitches but I have linked the instructions for you.
Question:
Do you have a plug to put in the hitch? I didn't find one in the box. We had it installed and it works great! Thx.

It sounds like you are looking for a hitch cover. A hitch cover fits into the receiver and since your hitch is a Class III you will want to look at hitch covers that fit 2 inch trailer hitches. I have included a link to the hitch cover main page for you. We have many, many options. For example we have a plain etrailer model, # 22282.
Or maybe you want to support your favorite college team. We have those too. Military, professional sports teams, humorous covers; we have so many you might find a bunch you like.
