Replacement Fulton Trailer Fender Material and Install

Question:
Hi, I have a 2003 Magic tilt single axle boat trailer single axle with almost these fenders that need replacing. The fender on the trailer seem like they could be fiberglas instead of plastic. Is that possible? Do you sell heavier fenders? Are there all interchangeable - is there a universal way to attach them? Here is the fender they look like Id like to compare to: Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps - White Plastic - 13inch Wheels - Qty 1 Item # F008573

The Fulton Fender # F008573 is plastic but it's a thick hard plastic fender. It has to be to support up to 300 pounds on the step. All the fenders we sell are either a similar plastic or metal.
The fender has two mounting bracket slots in the backside of it. I've attached a picture that shows them. They're 28 inches apart inside to inside and 4 inches wide.
