The truck bed camper tie down system we show to be confirmed to work on your 2016 Chevrolet Colorado is the Tork Lift, parts # TLC2221 and # TLC3218, which are the front and rear components.
I contacted Brophy about use of their kit # HSSF. Since this kit is intended for full-size pickups they have not tested it on the Colorado.
The key factors that matter for its fit are that the truck NOT have a drop-in bed liner, plastic bed rails, a double-wall bed nor a side step type bed. Also the underside of the bed rails must provide at least 2-inches of space for the clamp to fit. The external width of the bed rails cannot exceed 5-1/2-inches.
