Question:
Confusing in descriptions when you see no fit for installed spoiler but then in description also see fits most spoilers. What is my rogue considered?

I can understand your confusion. The line for the Passage 2 # TH910XT where it says fits most factory spoilers applies to sedans and coupes that might have a spoiler on the trunk. But on hatchbacks and SUVs like your 2017 Nissan Rogue SV there isn't a way to keep the straps from this bike from putting stress on the spoiler and that is the real issue.
I did some checking and there is an option that will work for your Rogue. Take a look at the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top rack # HRF2. This rack has an additional upper arm piece that moves the top straps up and over the spoiler so no stress is put on it. I have linked a video showing how it fits on an older Rogue and the installation will be similar on your 2017 model.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
