What size is the nipple that goes into the regulator? I think mine is a 3/8 . Thank you,

The size of the fitting that goes to the regulator for the Camco Propane Supply Hose # CAM59163 is 1/4" Inverted male flare which is designed to attach to the very standard fitting size 1/4" inverted female flare on your propane regulator.
