Is there a Class V stacked plate transmission cooler that can be installed on my 2006 Expedition Eddie Bauer?

Yes, the Derale Stacked Plate Cooler part # D13403 is a Class V transmission cooler that comes with all the needed install hardware and would fit and work well for you. It measures 13" Wide x 7-5/16" tall x 2" deep which would easily fit in front of your radiator and would be incredibly efficient.
