The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 31241 referenced in your question is indeed confirmed to fit your 2017 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. It will provide a 2 inch receiver opening and a vertical load limit of 350 pounds. Keep in mind that the center air dam will need to be permanently removed for the installation.
